At Windsor Hill Primary School, we are proud to provide nutritious, freshly prepared meals each day. Our delicious school dinners are cooked on site by our talented Cook, Gillian, and her dedicated catering team, who work hard to provide healthy and enjoyable meals for all our pupils.

💷 Cost of School Meals

From September 2026, school meals will cost:

✅ £3.10 per day
✅ £15.50 per week

All meals must be paid for in advance.

📱 Paying for Meals

We encourage parents to make payments through ParentPay. Updated meal information will be added to ParentPay as soon as our records have been updated.

If you are unable to use ParentPay, we kindly ask that you:

✅ Send payment to school on Monday morning each week.
✅ Return your child's completed meal choices for the week at the same time.

This helps us ensure meals can be ordered and prepared accurately.

🍴 Flexible Meal Choices

We understand that children's tastes can vary from day to day. Parents may choose to purchase school lunches on selected days using the menu options available.

Our school meal menu operates on a 4-week cycle, allowing pupils to enjoy a wide variety of meals throughout the month. The current menus are available below for your convenience.

🎫 Free School Meals

Parents who wish to apply for Free School Meals should note that applications must be completed annually.

Unfortunately, school meals cannot be provided under the Free School Meals scheme until:

✔️ Your application has been fully processed, and
✔️ The school has received official confirmation of eligibility.
