Hello P6!
Well done on completing your first few weeks of home learning. I hope you have enjoyed the experience! It's now time for a well deserved Easter break and to crack open the eggs! Here are a few final notes before the holiday:
Art - Thank you to everyone who entered the Easter art competition, they are all lovely! If you want to enter over Easter, send me a picture of your design by email and I will upload it to the website. New art competition coming after Easter, stay tuned!
MyOn - Well, we didn't double our time spent reading but we did beat it, hooray! The total was 21 hours 26 minutes. Can you work out how much more reading we did this week than last week? Then work this out: There are 34 children in our class. If each child reads for 30 minutes per day, 5 days a week, what should our weekly class reading total be?!
Easter holiday - There will be lots more work to do after Easter but for now, enjoy the break! I've added a few fun Easter themed activities at the bottom of the page for you to have a go at.
