• Easter Holiday Arrangements

  School will close for all pupils at 1:00pm on Thursday 24th March for the Easter break. And early dinner will be served in school as usual, but there will be no Shandon Park bus.
  
  School will reopen on Thursday 7th April.

• Cinderella Rockerfella Arrangements

  Mon 21 Mar 2016
  To assist with our evening performances on school will finish for all pupils at 1:50pm on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd March.
  
  Pupils requiring makeup should return to school at 6:00pm and all other cast and chorus members at 6:30pm, each evening. The performances will begin promptly at 7:00pm.
  
  Children will bring their costumes home on Tuesday afternoon and should wear them to school for each performance.
  
  We thank parents for all their encouragement and support during our preparations and trust you will enjoy the show!

• Enriching Mathematical Activities

  Nrich Maths is a University of Cambridge project aimed at enriching mathematical experiences for all learners. The full website can be found by following the link below, there you can access Mathematical activities for all school age groups.
  
  Recently in class, P6/7 have been learning about fractions and shape. The activity linked below -  Fraction Fascination - challenges them to use their knowledge of fractions and shapes to solve the problem.
  
  Printed copies of the activity are also available from the P6 and P7 class teachers.

• New Website Design Survey - Final Results

  Thank you to all who participated in our website redesign consultation. As reported last week, there has been considerable interest with half of our school community participating.
  
  The final tally is:
  
  Formal Design: 13
  
  Informal Design: 48
  
  Illustrated Design: 10
  
  We will be in contact with our design company before Easter to commence the process of a redesign with an 'Informal' theme, and will keep you informed of progress.
