Wednesday 23rd November was an important day for our School Council members as they travelled to Newbridge Integrated College to participate in The Diana Award Anti-Bullying Ambassador training. Lots of primary and post-primary schools attended and there was a full day of events lined up to help give students the skills, practical ideas, knowledge and confidence to effectively tackle bullying in their school.
Having received the training and participated in the various activities and challenges, all of our School Council members are now proud Anti-Bullying Ambassadors and are responsible for raising awareness of bullying and promoting kindness in our school.
Everyone had a great time and our new Anti-Bullying Ambassadors are very enthusiastic about their new role!
Here are some photographs from the event!
