Hello P6!

I hope you are all working hard and having fun! Here is a little update of some of the things that have recently been added to our class pages. 

Numeracy - For all the keen beans who are working quickly through their pack, click on 'Additional Tasks & Activities' for more word problems and fractions work. These pages can be printed but please don't worry if you don't have a printer. Just display the worksheet on your screen while you write the answers in your book or on the squared paper that was provided. 

Literacy - I was really impressed with how many of you started to keep a diary after our Anne Frank topic! I've set you a diary writing task - you'll find it when you click on 'Additional Tasks & Activities' and then 'Literacy'. 

The World Around Us - Check out the latest on European Capital Cities - play the game, take the quiz and solve the puzzles! These activities will help you complete the work in your pack. Go to 'The World Around Us' page for the links!

Easter Art - I've added the entries that I have received to the 'Art' page. There's still time to enter! Design your egg, take a photo and send it to me by email.

The Maths Factor - Go to 'Additional Tasks & Activities' to find out about free maths lessons with Carol Vorderman (the Countdown lady!) and follow the link from there. Very cool!
