Writing
Choose one of the reading books that has been assigned to you on Bug Club.
When you have finished reading, write a review of it. Include as many of these as you can:
- Title
- Author
- Illustrator
- Genre
- Star rating
- Describe the characters and their traits
- The setting
- The atmosphere and mood
- Literary effects e.g. alliteration, simile, metaphor, onomatopoeia
- Favourite part
- What happened in the story?
- How could the story be better?
- Similarities to other books you have read
- How the book relates to you and your life
- Who would this book be suitable for? (age / interests)
- Final overall judgement
