Mindfulness Art

Mindfulness colouring can be calming, creative and help us to focus. Your task this week is to draw and colour your own mindfulness pattern. The PowerPoint below will help you get started. You can use the template provided as a starting point if you wish, or you can do your own completely from scratch. Send your creations to before Friday 12th June 2020.
