Jubilee Tree Planting - October 2021

P7 pupils, Eco Committee and staff were joined by The Lord Lieutenant of Country Down, Gawn Rowna Hamilton, Councillor David Taylor and members of the Board of Governors at the tree planting ceremony. The planting of the pear tree is part of the Queen’s Green Canopy, a unique tree planting initiative created to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee.
